Tonight was my first day back in the gym. I was able to leave work at 5:30 so that gave me time to do 30 minutes on the ellyptical machine. Originally I thought that might be pushing things....doing cardio before an hour long training session, but I did okay.
Tuesdays is always the leg workout which is more difficult, but my trainer, Mirela, mixed it up with arms and core (ab) work. I am tired and my arms feel like jello, but I am proud that I made it through without too many problems. :-)
